The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Senior Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Providing process support for existing and new operations in the manufacturing facility Leading and/or contributing to various cross functional teams/projects Project planning, management and implementation Participating in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement Providing support for new product scale-up and commercialization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline AND four (4) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment or High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- Experience applying statistical methods and engineering tools to analyze data and support problem-solving activities
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience presenting and communicating technical information to stakeholders through verbal and written communication methods
- Experience leading or supporting technical projects and initiatives involving multiple priorities or stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Providing process support for existing and new operations in the manufacturing facility
