Senior Process Engineer

Roebling
$130,000 - $170,000Hybrid

About The Position

As a Sr. Process Engineer at Roebling, you will be a key part of our Engineering Solutions Team. You will lead small project teams through client engagements, owning the process modeling, technoeconomic analysis, and other process engineering workstreams our clients need to inform strategic and capital decisions, enabled by our next-generation industrial planning and feasibility platform. You will work closely with client teams to translate their needs into robust, decision-grade models delivering actionable insights. You will routinely coordinate with the product development team, sharing real-world modeling constraints, requirements, and feedback to enable continued growth and improvement of the platform while focusing on delivery for the client. The ideal candidate is an experienced process engineer with strong expertise in process modeling, cost estimating, and technoeconomic analysis. You bring sound engineering judgment and a proven track record leading client engagements. You operate effectively in ambiguous environments and you don’t shy away from uncertainty. You communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients, and can carry multiple engagements at once. Roebling’s Sr. Process Engineer will report to the Director of Process Engineering and work closely with other members of the team across the business.
