The Senior Private Client Account Executive will act as the primary contact for clients and producers, managing their insurance programs. This role involves new business placement, cross-selling, and maintaining positive client relationships through proactive decision-making and follow-through. The executive will prepare renewal terms, process documents, initiate correspondence with the marketplace, and ensure the effective maintenance of client insurance programs. They will also be responsible for preparing proposals, issuing binders, managing accounts receivables, and resolving accounting discrepancies. Additionally, the role requires teamwork, delegation to outsourcing teams, mentoring Account Managers, and building strong carrier and broker relationships. Technical expertise includes analyzing quotes, interpreting insurance contracts, negotiating with carriers, and staying updated on policy forms and endorsements. The executive will also be a subject matter expert in their area of technical capability.
