About The Position

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. This new role is designed to support the launch and expansion of Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System. The Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving patient engagement and therapy adoption in high-potential markets. Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System is cutting-edge technology that will change the lives of patients with high blood pressure. This is a field-based role focused on therapy awareness, access, account activation, and collaboration with senior Territory Managers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Reside within the territory
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies.
  • Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders.
  • Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams.
  • Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource.
  • Execute focused outreach strategies in “hot” markets with high patient potential.
  • Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory.
  • Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility.
  • Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes.
  • Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies.
  • Operate flexibly in a dynamic, evolving environment with a “project mentality.”
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
