Dell TechnologiesHopkinton, MA
$196,000 - $269,500Hybrid

About The Position

This role is within Dell's AI Development & Agents Ops organization, focusing on building software with AI at the frontier. The individual will partner directly with a VP, contribute to shaping how Dell builds software, and operate at a scale where individual contributions have significant organizational impact. The position offers the opportunity to shape the architecture of AI transformation within the company, with substantial organizational commitment and resources. Dell's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is a global leader in Solutions, Storage, Compute, and Networking. The Developer Experience organization within ISG is responsible for developer productivity, tooling, observability, and platform engineering for approximately 9,000 engineers. Their current mandate includes agentic SDLC transformation, AI tooling governance, and the operating model changes required to make AI-assisted development the norm. ISG builds products that power infrastructure, solutions, and data management. Innovation at Dell involves challenging assumptions and reimagining how work gets done, with AI embedded throughout the development process. The company values human judgment in deciding what to build and how it should work, especially given the responsibility of powering critical infrastructure worldwide. They move quickly towards important work, reward experimentation, encourage bold thinking, and remove barriers to innovation. Teams embrace a customer-first, first-to-market mindset, transforming feedback into better products. They seek builders who question, improve, and rewrite the status quo. This role is for individuals energized by complex systems challenges, excited to work with AI to amplify impact, and motivated by shaping the future rather than maintaining the past. The position is on the AI Development & Agent Ops team, located in Hopkinton, MA, or Austin, TX.
