About The Position

The Senior Principal Program Manager, Community Relations will lead the execution of OCI’s community relations strategy for AI data center development. This senior leader will build messaging and programming to support community engagement. They will also partner with on-the-ground community engagement managers to develop trusted relationships with community groups, civic leaders, city council members, labor representatives, and other stakeholders who influence how OCI is perceived and how quickly projects move forward. The role will translate complex project activity into clear, credible, community-centered engagement that helps OCI grow responsibly while protecting execution speed and long-term reputation.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in community relations or a related field.
• Experience in developing messaging and programming for community engagement.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Skill in translating complex project information into clear, community-centered communication.
• Understanding of how community perception influences project timelines and reputation.
