This role leads the strategic direction and delivery of large-scale, highly complex initiatives that span multiple systems, teams, and functional areas. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping program vision, aligning business and technology priorities, and ensuring execution delivers measurable organizational impact. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Deep expertise in leading large-scale, complex programs with significant cross-functional and organizational impact
  • Broad understanding of technical and business domains, with the ability to connect strategies across disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and guide decision-making on critical initiatives
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to operate independently while shaping direction, priorities, and outcomes at an organizational level
  • Experience establishing program governance, financial oversight, and resource planning at scale
  • Ability to mentor and elevate others, fostering consistent practices and high standards across project and program management
