Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (IC5) to join our high-impact SWAT team focused on accelerating data center expansion. This role operates at the center of large-scale infrastructure delivery, driving execution across highly complex, ambiguous, and time-sensitive programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep expertise in data center buildouts, infrastructure coordination, and executive-level program leadership. Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience
  • Proven experience leading large-scale data center or infrastructure programs
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and hardware deployment
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution at scale

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a mission critical delivery leader to resolve high-priority, high-risk program challenges
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks to accelerate delivery timelines
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction, networking, and operations
  • Establish program governance, risk management frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with OCI’s global expansion and capacity planning strategies

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
