Responsibilities

  • Translate DoD enterprise strategies into actionable future-state architectures and transition roadmaps for AI/ML modernization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to DoD stakeholders, guiding the lifecycle of AI/ML solutions—from concept development to operational deployment.
  • Apply multi-disciplinary techniques, including: Business process decomposition and redesign, Information engineering and organizational redesign, IT strategy, architecture development, change management, and performance measurement.
  • Lead enterprise business transformation efforts aligned with DoD AI/ML objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with DoD customers by understanding mission requirements, capability gaps, and operational needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical briefings, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to highlight tailored AI/ML solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with program managers, contracting officers, and senior leaders to influence requirements and grow business opportunities.
  • Support proposal development by contributing: Technical approaches, Staffing strategies, Past performance success narratives.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of AI/ML capability development, from initial concept through operational deployment.
