Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of SimCorp’s Americas strategic partnership strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market expansion objectives
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in alignment with SimCorp’s growth areas, industry trends, and customer needs
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Oversee the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions support SimCorp’s strategic and financial goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams to integrate strategic partnerships into go-to-market strategies and business development plans
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive partnership initiatives, including marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams
  • Track and measure the performance of partnerships, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization to senior leadership
  • Champion the voice of the partner within SimCorp, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners
  • Identify and manage potential risks within partnerships, working proactively to resolve any issues and ensure long-term success
  • Collaborate closely with a team of commercial partnership managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and identifying best practices
