About The Position

At Siemens, we help organizations transform maintenance and operations through connected insights, AI-powered technology, and intelligent asset management solutions. Our software enables customers to manage the full lifecycle of assets, facilities, and infrastructure while improving efficiency, reducing risk, and optimizing long-term investments. By connecting data, people, and processes, we empower organizations to make smarter decisions, maximize asset performance, and achieve more resilient operations. We are expanding the Smart Infrastructure, Asset Management Software (SI AMS) team to strengthen our pricing, monetization, commercial strategy, and portfolio performance capabilities. The Senior Pricing & Monetization Analyst will play a key role in shaping how we price, package, position, and commercialize our software portfolio. From developing pricing and monetization strategies to optimizing product packaging and portfolio structure, your work will directly influence revenue performance, customer value, and long-term growth. This is an opportunity to build and improve commercial frameworks, influence next-generation offerings, and partner with senior leaders on important pricing and portfolio decisions, rather than simply reporting on performance.
