The Senior Practitioner will use specialist knowledge to provide practice leadership and evidence-informed psychoeducation, support, and advice to individuals contacting What’s ok? Australia. This role will also contribute to practice quality, workforce, and service improvement for the new harmful sexual behaviour prevention service. What’s ok? Australia is a national anonymous helpline and online early intervention service launching in 2026 for young people concerned about their sexual thoughts and behaviours, and for parents, carers, and professionals concerned about a young person’s problematic and harmful sexual behaviour. The service aims to promote safety, responsibility, healthy development, and early intervention through a compassionate, non-judgmental, and evidence-informed approach. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the development and launch of an innovative national service. Successful applicants will contribute to shaping service delivery, practice approaches, and resources. The role involves driving evidence-informed service improvement through auditing, quality assurance, and data analysis to strengthen service quality, safety, and effectiveness, contributing to child sexual abuse prevention and early intervention efforts nationally. The role is based at the Richmond office and is flexible between 0.6-1FTE, with some after-hours work included.
