  • Confident media trainer and spokesperson coach for C-suite executives.
  • Comfortable working with data (survey results, product analytics, market research) and shaping it into a clear, pitchable narrative.
  • Commercially minded, understanding how PR contributes to pipeline, brand salience, and competitive positioning.
  • Comfortable building AI into day-to-day PR workflows (drafting, research, monitoring, reporting) to work faster without sacrificing judgment or quality.
  • Self-starter who can own a US and UK PR program independently and support the Director of Communications on corporate and financial priorities, while collaborating closely with a global team.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach, using coverage data, share of voice, and inbound metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Intellectually curious, reads widely, spots trends early, and brings proactive story ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Own the US and UK media strategy, including proactive pitching, newsjacking, reactive press office, and crisis communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US and UK journalists and the internal expert on those media landscapes.
