  • Deep hands‑on experience with administrative tools for low‑code platforms, data environments, security controls, and enterprise identity management groups.
  • Strong understanding of how to configure, secure, and govern these systems at scale.

  • Proven experience building, deploying, and governing intelligent agents.
  • Skilled in configuring knowledge sources and publishing automated actions.

  • Certifications in low‑code solution design or low‑code functional consulting, such as the Power Platform Functional Consultant certification or the Power Platform Solution Architect certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Data Protection and Information Governance: Hands‑on experience using enterprise data protection tools to classify sensitive information, apply masking rules, and enforce information‑handling policies.
  • Understanding of External Access Scenarios: Familiarity with secure external access patterns, including customer‑facing portals and identity experiences for external users.
  • Strong Stakeholder and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with business leaders, security teams, and solution creators.
  • Skilled at translating complex security requirements into clear, practical guidance that empowers creators while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Define, optimize, and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards across low‑code applications, automated workflows, customer relationship management systems, data platforms, and artificial intelligence development environments.
  • Design and maintain a multi‑tiered environment strategy that supports proper data separation, controlled solution deployments, and full lifecycle management.
  • Lead the administration and governance of Copilot Studio, including environment configuration, capacity and licensing oversight, and implementation of security and compliance controls for intelligent agents.
  • Architect and manage data protection policies, connector governance, and approval workflows to prevent unauthorized data movement.
  • Implement and maintain a full application lifecycle management framework for low‑code and enterprise business applications.
  • Build automated deployment pipelines that support consistent, reliable, and high‑quality releases across all environments.
  • Monitor and manage storage capacity, artificial intelligence resource usage, licensing consumption, and platform activity across thousands of users.
  • Proactively monitor platform performance, identify and remediate non‑compliant solutions, and enforce governance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, produce compliance reports, and deliver usage analytics to guide platform improvements and strategic decision‑making.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs for eligible remote employees.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of protection while supporting causes that mean the most to you.
  • Opportunity to be part of a winning team making a meaningful impact.
