About The Position

We are seeking a Power Platform Engineer to support the daily administration, maintenance, and security of our enterprise low‑code platform, customer relationship management system, and artificial intelligence development studio. In this role, you will help create and manage environments, implement data protection policies, and support both low‑code applications and intelligent agents. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure that citizen‑developer solutions are secure, high‑performing, and aligned with organizational standards.

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience administering or developing solutions within enterprise low‑code platforms or customer relationship management systems.
  • Hands‑on experience using administrative tools for low‑code platforms, configuring data environments, and managing user security roles.
  • Familiarity with multi‑environment customer relationship management structures and user access configurations.
  • Exposure to building, testing, or deploying intelligent agents and configuring basic knowledge sources.
  • Ability to run and modify simple scripting commands to support routine administrative tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of data privacy principles, sensitive‑information handling, and data‑masking techniques.
  • Familiarity with building automated workflows, applications, and intelligent agents within a low‑code platform.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and help troubleshoot issues for citizen developers in a supportive, collaborative way.
  • Certifications in low‑code fundamentals or low‑code functional consulting are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily administration, upkeep, and security of the organization’s low‑code applications, automated workflows, customer relationship management systems, and data platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining structured environment strategies that ensure proper data separation, controlled solution deployments, and consistent lifecycle management.
  • Lead the administration and governance of Copilot Studio, including environment configuration, capacity and licensing oversight, and implementation of security and compliance controls for intelligent agents. Establish enterprise standards for designing, building, deploying, and monitoring AI agents across the enterprise.
  • Apply standard connector governance and data protection policies to prevent unauthorized data movement across integrated systems.
  • Participate in solution movement across development, testing, and production environments as part of the application lifecycle management process.
  • Monitor storage usage, artificial intelligence resource consumption, and message activity within the artificial intelligence development studio.
  • Conduct routine audits to identify unmanaged or non‑compliant solutions and generate basic usage and health analytics to support platform oversight.
