About The Position

CSEngineering is hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer/Dynamics 365 to build end-to-end solutions, including custom web applications and model-driven Power Platform implementations. The role is based in Bethesda, Maryland, with a hybrid work arrangement. The developer will lead software development lifecycle activities, support project delivery, create and customize Power Platform solutions, and work with stakeholders to turn functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. The position requires eligibility for a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with substantial software implementation project management and hands-on Dynamics 365 experience. Final candidates may undergo employment, education, reference, criminal background, clearance, or suitability checks as permitted by law. Additional requirements may apply to federal agency or government contract work. Requirements

Eligible for a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of direct experience managing software implementation projects.
At least 6 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, customizing, implementing, integrating, and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Model-Driven Apps.
Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365/Power Platform Professional certification or equivalent.
Experience with at least two full-lifecycle D365 CRM implementations, from analysis through deployment, including Model-Driven App development and Dataverse integration.
Experience building more than four Power Apps and/or Power Pages solutions.
Proficiency in SQL Server, Power Apps Studio, Power BI Desktop, and RESTful API/Web API development.
Experience designing and building solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI reports.
Experience with on-premise and cloud-based implementations, including support, upgrades, and migrations.
Strong time management, organizational, written and verbal communication, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to instill customer confidence.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience integrating Power Apps with Azure Data Factory and other enterprise systems.
Expertise migrating data between cloud platforms and from on-premises systems to the cloud using Azure Data Migration tools.
Experience with presales activities, including RFI/RFP preparation, and training end users.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and ASP.NET Core.
Experience architecting and implementing Azure-based solutions, including App Services, Functions, and SQL databases.
Experience developing and deploying custom integrations between Power Platform and external systems.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including code reviews, team mentoring, resource planning, and delivery oversight.
Establish and manage priorities while working independently with minimal supervision.
Support the Program Manager with project scheduling, monitoring, risk analysis, and mitigation planning.
Build and customize model-driven Power Platform applications with Dataverse integration.
Create and manage Power Pages sites using custom Liquid templates and advanced configurations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across the technology stack.
Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain high development standards.
