About The Position
As a Senior Power Platform and Copilot Studio Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Power Platform CoE Lead, you will contribute to cutting-edge solutions that shape PwC's delivery of value to our clients and our people. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Microsoft Power Platform Development Certifications
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit for building scalable production grade agentic solutions
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Copilot Studio solutions and 2–3 years developing Power Automate and/or Power Apps solutions
- Experience with service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures
- Proficiency with RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project and defect tracking tools
- Understanding of UX principles: user stories, personas, and prototyping
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD (ADO or Git), and API-based integrations
Responsibilities
- Design applications or services within the organization using Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse, Power Platform Connectors
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on defined specifications
- Perform code reviews and provide peer coaching/guidance to other team members
- Collaborate with teams of developers across multiple regions
- Actively participate in team stand-ups
- Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed client and PwC's quality criteria
- Proactively assist in assessing technology solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our application development lifecycle
- Continuously improve internal development and design techniques and keep documentation up to date
- Support and oversee intermediate developers
