Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant
About The Position
Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant for an immediate opening. As a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant, you will design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports. You will build complex data models, KPIs, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations. You will also develop scalable GCP/BigQuery data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate data from enterprise applications, APIs, and operational systems, and establish KPI frameworks covering productivity, quality, throughput, cycle time, SLAs, and operational risk. Additionally, you will develop SPC/control-chart reporting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring, support HITL, AI Operations, automation, process intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives, and perform data quality, reconciliation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, product owners, and senior leadership, and participate in Agile delivery and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Hands-on Power BI development experience.
- GCP experience, including BigQuery.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.
- Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and business intelligence best practices.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SPC, control charts, HITL, process intelligence, AI/automation, or digital transformation.
- Python and API integration experience.
- Git, Agile/Scrum, data governance, and metadata management experience.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or Operational Excellence.
Responsibilities
