About The Position

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to help Fivetran make clear, confident decisions about marketing performance. You will connect campaign and channel activity to funnel outcomes and business results, explain what is changing and why, and recommend where teams should focus next. Your work will support decisions across demand generation, digital, field and partner marketing, product-led growth, and the broader go-to-market organization. You will partner with marketing leaders, Finance, Marketing Operations, GTM Strategy, and Analytics to answer high-impact questions, improve how performance is measured, and make reliable insights easier to access. This role is a fit for an analyst who can move from an ambiguous question to a rigorous analysis and a clear recommendation, while building durable metrics, models, and reporting along the way. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.

  • Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
  • A builder mindset: you look beyond answering one-off questions and create frameworks, datasets, and tools that make future decisions faster and better
