USAA is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager for Fraud to join their Member Protection financial planning and portfolio management team. This role is instrumental in executing core team functions, including managing Clarity tasks related to funding approval, monthly forecasts, and budget variance reporting. The position involves actively participating in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) routines to ensure portfolio health transparency for senior leaders and key business partners. Responsibilities include partnering on business case scope assessments, validating benefits hypotheses, and validating/developing Epics, tracking their status, and managing change requests. A significant part of the role involves orchestrating engagement with Business Risk and Control Advisors (BRCA) and Independent Risk Management (IRM) stakeholders to fulfill Bank Change Management (BCM) approval requirements. This also entails coordinating necessary requirements and artifacts for new capability execution, such as BCM pre- or post-launch conditions. The role also includes collaborating with business leaders to define and monitor value stream Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). The work environment is flexible, requiring the individual to be in the office 4 days per week, and the position can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.
