Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
10+ years of position-relevant experience.
Experience in formal portal oversight and acting as a Functional Lead for portal architecture.
Must hold an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

ITIL or PMP certification.
DAWIA Level II in Information Technology (or equivalent).
Experience with SharePoint development or portal administration in a DoW environment.

Responsibilities

Leads the execution of portal management activities and coordinates the maintenance of portal architecture across multifunctional departments.
Validate portal performance data and authorize updates to information structures to maintain organizational alignment.
Monitor portal security compliance and lead internal teams in achieving complex portal performance goals.
Manages the technical delivery of portal services supporting logistics and sustainment across the Pacific theater.
Translate mission requirements into actionable Portal Plans and coordinate the transition of information structures to support theater-level goals.
Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding portal accessibility and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
