About The Position

Classic Granite and Marble, Virginia's largest stone fabricator with 19 years in business, is seeking a Senior PO Sales Specialist. This role involves leading a team of PO Sales Specialists who manage high-volume purchase order entries with speed and accuracy. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and people management abilities, attention to detail, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. While primarily focused on data entry and order management, the role also includes supporting customer showroom appointments to ensure a positive client experience. The company offers full-time hours and benefits, with a beautiful showroom, office spaces, and fabrication facility located onsite in Powhatan, VA.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Highly organized, able to manage large workloads and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Experience with preferred CRM platform.
Customer service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent education.
Quality control/assurance with natural stone fabrication processes.
Natural stone installation/fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

Effectively lead a team of high performing PO Sales Specialists.
Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies when needed.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all PO activity.
Provide timely updates to internal teams and external partners regarding order status.
Support showroom appointments with customers by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and ensuring a professional, positive experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Participate in leadership meets when required.
