About The Position

Classic Granite and Marble, Virginia's largest and premier stone fabricator with 19 years in business, is seeking a Senior PO Sales Specialist. This role is the point of contact for a team of PO Sales Specialists who manage high-volume purchase order entries with speed and accuracy. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and people management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. While the primary focus is on data entry and order management, the role also involves occasional customer appointments in the showroom to support a positive client experience. This is a Salaried, Exempt position.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Highly organized, able to manage large workloads and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with preferred CRM platform.
Customer service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent education.
Quality control/assurance with natural stone fabrication processes.
Natural stone installation/fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

Effectively lead a team of high performing PO Sales Specialists.
Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies when needed.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all PO activity.
Provide timely updates to internal teams and external partners regarding order status.
Support showroom appointments with customers by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and ensuring a professional, positive experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Participate in leadership meets when required.
