About The Position

Senior PMP-certified Healthcare IT Project Manager with direct Texas HHSC experience managing Agile software-development projects, healthcare insurance or behavioral-health systems, technical teams, budgets, UAT, Azure DevOps, and PPM reporting. ONISTE AUSTIN TX. This role requires 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and independently performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master is a plus. Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested. Seasoned project manager with direct experiences with Texas HHS.

Requirements

• 8 years of Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification
• 8 years of Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe
• 8 years of preparation of project budgets
• 8 years of management of technical software development staff
• 8 years of management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Team
• 8 years of knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS
• 8 years of utilization of Azure DevOps
• 8 years of experience in management of User Acceptance Testing
• 8 years of experience in PPM systems
• PMP certification is required

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.
• Preparation of formal Business Case and Project Charter
