About The Position
Senior PMP-certified Healthcare IT Project Manager with direct Texas HHSC experience managing Agile software-development projects, healthcare insurance or behavioral-health systems, technical teams, budgets, UAT, Azure DevOps, and PPM reporting. This role requires 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and independently performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Project managers are responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of specific projects. This role requires a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested. This is a seasoned project manager role with direct experience with Texas HHS.
Requirements
- 8 years of Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification.
- 8 years of Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe.
- 8 years of preparation of project budgets.
- 8 years of management of technical software development staff.
- 8 years of management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Team.
- 8 years of knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS.
- 8 years of utilization of Azure DevOps.
- 8 years of experience in management of User Acceptance Testing.
- 8 years of experience in PPM systems.
- Direct Texas HHSC experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.
