Senior PM, Core App (6-Month Contract)
About The Position
Lark Health is seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to lead the future of their core member app and AI coaching. Lark is at the forefront of cardiometabolic care, utilizing advanced AI to deliver scalable and compassionate care. Their platform assists health plan partners in managing millions of lives, empowering users to prevent and manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. This role is ideal for someone excited about the intersection of healthcare, AI, and human-centered design. This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of converting to a full-time position.
Requirements
- A builder's mindset with experience taking major features from zero to one.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proficiency with data.
- A proven track record of shipping consumer mobile products and features that are well-received by users.
- Experience building products under real constraints and learning from user feedback.
- Strong product judgment and an eye for craft in product development.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features, with an understanding of challenges related to accuracy, member trust, and designing for unpredictable outputs.
- Strong analytics and experimentation skills, with fluency in tools such as Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with modern lean product development methodologies in a distributed team setting.
- An understanding of behavior change and the distinction between coaching and clinical care, enabling responsible design in a regulated environment.
- Experience with the Medicare or older-adult population, or in B2C health, wellness, or fitness.
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and healthcare-specific considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Lark's core app and AI coaching, overseeing the entire development cycle from concept to launch.
- Utilize a hypothesis-driven approach to define and refine key features, employing market analysis, user testing, and data to create valuable products.
- Own a segment of the product roadmap, translating user insights and business objectives into well-defined initiatives, user stories, product requirements, and launch plans.
- Implement a rigorous measurement practice, including clean experiments, appropriate metrics, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Define and track success by setting and monitoring key results, and communicating these outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Enrollment and EHR teams to align on shared work and goals, ensuring focus on member outcomes.
- Improve the lives of members by delivering features that enhance the core mobile app experience.
