Growth Marketer (6-Month Contract)

WorldlyConcord, CA
$75 - $100Remote

About The Position

Worldly is hiring a contractor to execute growth marketing campaigns and report on their performance. This is a hands-on execution role within the marketing team, responsible for taking campaigns from brief to launch to results readout. This includes building emails and HubSpot workflows, launching LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, setting up landing pages, quality assurance, and generating performance reports. The role also includes owning answer engine optimization (AEO), measuring and tracking Worldly's visibility in AI research tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, and developing plans to improve citation frequency and accuracy. This is a solo role within the marketing team, not suitable for agencies or consultancies, and requires the individual to perform the work themselves. The contractor will execute campaigns end-to-end across paid, email, organic, events support, and content syndication, targeting high-value accounts and buying committees in the consumer goods sector. This involves hands-on configuration of HubSpot workflows, management of LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, building landing pages, and QA of all assets. The role also supports account-based marketing (ABM) programs (1:many and 1:few) in collaboration with the Growth (sales) team. A key aspect is a test-and-learn approach, launching small experiments, measuring results, retiring underperforming initiatives, and scaling successful ones based on positive returns. Performance reporting and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics are crucial, covering attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. A weekly performance readout will be delivered to marketing and sales, detailing what's working, what's not, and budget reallocation recommendations. Maintaining clean campaign workflows and reporting infrastructure with a clear marketing-to-sales handoff and feedback loop is also essential. For AEO, the contractor will measure and track Worldly's visibility in AI answer engines, including citation frequency, share of voice against competitors, and accuracy of information about Worldly and the Higg Index. A monthly AEO scorecard will be maintained to track progress. Improvement plans will be developed and executed, involving content recommendations, page structure, and schema changes, in collaboration with content and web owners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing execution, including demand generation and ABM campaigns you personally built, launched, and reported on.
  • Expertise in HubSpot (workflows, email, reporting), WordPress (website), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of AEO/GEO: you have measured how brands show up in AI answer engines and improved it, or you are an experienced SEO practitioner who has extended into AI search and can show results.
  • Strong analytical and reporting habits. You are comfortable with pipeline metrics and attribution, and you can explain results to sales and marketing leaders without a glossary.
  • You have worked closely with sales teams before and delivered leads they actually wanted.
  • Fluent with AI tools and genuinely excited to experiment with them. You already use AI daily in your own marketing work.
  • Available full-time (roughly 40 hours per week) with overlap across U.S. and APAC business hours, based in the U.S., and able to work as an independent contractor.

Nice To Haves

  • ABM platform experience (ZoomInfo) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns end-to-end across paid, email, organic, events support, and content syndication, aimed at high-value accounts and buying committees in the consumer goods sector.
  • Configure HubSpot workflows, launch and manage LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, build landing pages, and QA every asset before it goes live.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) programs (1:many and 1:few) with our Growth (sales) team, targeting the decision-makers at the accounts sales cares about most.
  • Run a test-and-learn motion: launch small, measure, retire what is not working, and scale what is. Experiments need to show positive returns to earn a larger budget.
  • Own campaign reporting and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics, including attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution across the funnel (Lead, MQL, SAL, SQL).
  • Deliver a weekly performance readout to marketing and sales. Tell us plainly what is working, what is not, and where you would recommend we move the budget.
  • Keep campaign workflows and reporting infrastructure clean and reliable, with a clear marketing-to-sales handoff and feedback loop.
  • Measure and track Worldly’s visibility in AI answer engines: how often we get cited, our share of voice against competitors, and how accurately Worldly (and the Higg Index, available through Worldly) is described.
  • Build and maintain an AEO scorecard, reported monthly, so we can see whether we are gaining or losing ground.
  • Develop and execute AEO improvement plans: content recommendations, page structure and schema changes, whatever makes Worldly content easier for AI engines to find and cite. You work with our content and web owners to actually ship the fixes.
