About The Position
ProTech is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for a skilled professional who can diagnose, repair, and service plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Senior-level plumbing service experience (typically 5+ years preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Plumbing license preferred (or ability to maintain required certifications)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems
- Perform service work including leak repairs, drain issues, water heaters, fixtures, and troubleshooting
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and repair options
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Follow safety procedures and local plumbing codes
- Represent ProTech professionally at all times
