Requirements

Valid California Journeyman Plumber license
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of California plumbing codes and compliance standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple jobs
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing environments
Backflow prevention certification
Water heater and tankless system experience
Familiarity with hydro-jetting or drain camera equipment

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and fixture failures
Install and replace pipes, valves, water heaters, fixtures, and related equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ensure all work meets local code requirements and passes inspection
Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work, findings, and recommendations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and service vehicle
Complete accurate service documentation and work orders
