The Maritime Manufacturing Team is seeking a Senior PLC Technician to join their team. This team is responsible for keeping automated production equipment, industrial control systems, and robotic work cells running reliably to meet production targets. They support the full lifecycle of automated equipment, from installation and commissioning of new lines to day-to-day troubleshooting, programming, and preventive maintenance. As a PLC Technician, you will be the technical resource for PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and robotic systems across the manufacturing floor. You will diagnose and resolve electrical, controls, and automation issues to minimize downtime, support the installation and commissioning of new automated equipment, and build the capability of the broader maintenance team through hands-on training in PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment, moving quickly between reactive troubleshooting and planned improvement work, and takes ownership of documentation, backups, and preventive maintenance.
