About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Platform & DevOps Engineer to support a strategic initiative focused on reducing technical debt, increasing automation, and standardizing enterprise integration platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Middleware Engineering
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline design for middleware platforms
- Hands-on experience with Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks
- Experience with MFT/MOVEit administration and deployment
- Experience with Informatica and MDM Hub administration and deployment
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Managed File Transfer (MFT) security practices.
- Experience standardizing support models across multiple platforms
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for EIP solutions, MFT/MOVEit, Informatica, and MDM Hub
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible or similar technologies
- Support administration, deployment, and operational activities across integration platforms
- Contribute to the implementation of a unified Support 2.0 operating model
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to improve deployment and operational processes
- Support ITSM and ServiceNow process design and optimization
