About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Coke Florida is looking for a Senior Plant Manager based out of our Hollywood location, working Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends. The Senior Plant Manager serves as the operational leader for Coke Florida’s Hollywood area manufacturing facility. This role will operate as a business owner, leading the technological and cultural transformation of large, complex high speed manufacturing center that integrates with advanced automated warehouse systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across the entire plant. The Senior Plant Manager provides functional leadership across Production, Quality Assurance and Maintenance while ensuring safe and compliant end-to-end operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations or production environments
  • Prior manufacturing leadership experience is required; food and beverage industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Proven warehouse leadership; Automated Warehouse experience with Automation Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Vertique (warehouse automation) highly desired
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate long‑term vision into actionable operational plans.
  • Strong understanding of budget development, financial management, and cost‑control strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of improving operational performance.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly collaborative, team‑oriented leader with a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust, credibility, and alignment across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering experience is a plus.
  • Manufacturing, transportation warehousing, and distribution experience within the Coke system preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operates as a business owner—driving performance, building capability, integrating high-speed production with advanced automated warehousing systems (such as Vertique), achieving key performance measurements related to personnel safety, quality and food safety, service, and cost, while continually improving process reliability and Supply Chain performance.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and data driven decision making.
  • Develop initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and ensure achievement of manufacturing goals
  • Lead, develop, motivate teams while fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Collaborate with Technology, and Engineering in on-site design and supporting construction, operation, improvement and maintenance of manufacturing assets, warehouse automation, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), technologies, and processes.
  • Collaborate constructively across departments to implement changes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with Sales for planning and forecast of new business
  • Optimize production capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating cost and goals
  • Partner with Human Resources to develop a succession plan while supporting employee development, employee engagement, policy development and retention.
  • Responsible for Plant financial P&L performance, directs, manages, and monitors the overall plant operations.
  • Regular meetings with customers and community stakeholders to monitor relationships, re-affirm strategies linked to needs, and steward the business value created for customers and the community.
