About The Position

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Planner to join the Brand Planning team. This role will lead marketing strategy and execution for the Enterprise, Payor, and Partnerships segment of the business. The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for B2B audiences in collaboration with cross-functional leaders, including positioning, messaging, audience insights, channel planning, roadmaps, and creative execution. This individual will own insights and marketing initiatives for these audiences and serve as a liaison between product, creative, research, data, and other teams to ensure alignment with the overall company and brand strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced brand strategist or integrated marketer with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of translating ambiguity into actionable plans. Prior agency and client-side experience is a plus, and deep B2B knowledge and experience are essential.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand planning, or integrated marketing
  • Meaningful B2B experience, ideally spanning both agency and in-house environments
  • Strong familiarity with B2B marketing dynamics, including longer sales cycles, hard to reach audiences, and specific seasonality dynamics
  • A proven track record of developing positioning and messaging for B2B audiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing creative briefs, developing messaging frameworks, and translating complex business needs into clear strategic narratives
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving organizations, with the instincts to build trust and drive alignment without direct authority
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach—equally comfortable developing the vision and rolling up your sleeves to make it real
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex or emerging business areas
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for building brands with consistency and purpose
