About The Position

Sensata Technologies is looking for a demand planning specialist who will be responsible for the development and assessment of demand forecasts on designated product / program categories. In this position you will work with multiple internal departments as well as external vendors on countless analyses to determine the needed products and quantities for certain products / programs. General Responsibilities Leads in the creation of future capacity plans Handles any communication with marketing, manufacturing and customer service to ensure accuracy and efficiency of message Leads in defining an integrated supply chain to produce sustained, timely performance on all accounts Leads in the measuring and monitoring of specific product / program categories Leads in creating a demand plan that will be used throughout the company in regards to supply planning Leads in in-depth analysis with large amounts of data to run various statistics and analyses on the company to help future predictability of demand planning

Requirements

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
• This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Non-US Persons, as defined in the ITAR and EAR, may not be eligible to obtain authorization.
