This team drives logistics excellence across the shop floor and throughout the supply chain, creating and optimizing production schedules, coordinating product launches, monitoring key performance indicators, and continuously improving processes through lean manufacturing principles. By balancing customer requirements with available capacities and inventory, the team ensures that the right products are delivered at the right time, place, quantity, quality, and condition while supporting operational efficiency and cost optimization.
