About The Position

SERC Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a full-time Senior Physical Therapist, Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator for the Wichita Kansas market. This role focuses on patient care while advancing your career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, offering competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth. Upstream Rehabilitation is a network of over 1200 clinics with 26 brand partners, leading the outpatient physical therapy field. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
  • Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach clinical staff
  • Effective time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market

Responsibilities

  • Providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.
  • Connecting with patients and clinical team members.
  • Delivering the highest quality care and meeting standards of clinical excellence.
  • Collaborating with fellow clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming.
  • Working with clinicians to properly collect outcome data and provide strategies.
  • Working with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff.
  • Providing 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly.
  • Providing live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians.
