About The Position

SERC Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a full-time Senior Physical Therapist – Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator (RCEC) for the Wichita Kansas market. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure
Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach clinical staff
Effective time management skills
Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market

Responsibilities

Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.
Connect with patients and clinical team members.
Deliver the highest quality care and meet standards of clinical excellence.
Collaborate with clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming.
Work with clinicians to properly collect outcome data and provide strategies.
Work with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff.
Provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly.
Provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians.
