We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the performance marketing strategy for EasyLlama’s Compliance and Security Training Platform. This persons should be highly analytical and results-driven with deep expertise in running large-scale user acquisition across the major paid media channels in the U.S., including Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Bing Ads, and Reddit Ads. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to ensure our ecosystem of products, content, and solutions reach the right audiences, with the right positioning and messaging. The ideal candidate has worked in fast-growing SaaS startups and has strong command of all major ad platforms and networks, and attribution tools like HubSpot, web pixels, conversion APIs, GTM implementation, and multi-touch funnels.
