We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition and growth for our Direct-to-Consumer business. This role will be responsible for scaling paid media programs, owning multi-channel performance, and driving measurable results across the full consumer journey. You will develop and optimize ROI-positive campaigns across key acquisition channels (paid social, paid search, display, online video, affiliates, and emerging platforms), while partnering closely with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Clinical teams to convert qualified consumers into active users of Transcarent’s solutions. This is a high-visibility growth role for someone who blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can own strategy and execution.
