Front is looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our global paid acquisition strategy. This role is central to our growth engine, driving both integrated brand campaigns and full-funnel demand generation programs to acquire new customers. As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead paid media efforts across a diverse range of platforms—including paid search (SEM), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), programmatic display, YouTube, Reddit, Quora and other emerging channels. You’ll own the strategy, execution, testing and optimization, with a clear focus on driving pipeline and measurable ROI.
