The CPA Work includes, but is not limited to, performing highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance work related to supporting the CAPPS Program. This role is responsible for functional CAPPS Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Receipts (CR) module subject matter expertise. The position requires expertise in module coordination, production support and issue resolution, configuration and maintenance, business process leadership, change management and enhancements, testing (functional and UAT coordination), integrations with other modules, compliance and policy alignment, training and user support, reporting and analytics, and release management and patch release. Additionally, the role involves functional configuration skills, technical skillsets for applicable tools, monitoring CAPPS AR batch jobs, tools and environment knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, understanding of legacy systems, providing cross-training and comprehensive training to agency personnel, and project-level coordination and participation. The role also includes coordination of the Fiscal Year-End, functional design phase, Level 2 Service Desk support, ensuring digital products meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, and working under minimal supervision. The Senior PeopleSoft Financials Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing and acting as the first line of support for data accuracy, security, system performance, and policy enforcement. The work is performed in accordance with ITIL principles and practices, actively participates in CPA’s Major Incident Management (MIM) process, Disaster Recovery and Upgrade Testing, makes presentations at CAPPS User Groups and the CAPPS Steering Committee, and participates in annual SOC-1 attestation audits. The role also includes performing other related work as assigned.
