About The Position

The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 Architect (SA2) to support PeopleSoft Financials with a primary focus on General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Control (KK). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleSoft development, cross-module integrations, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and production support in a large enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft FIN 9.2, specifically: General Ledger (GL), Commitment Control (KK)
• Strong knowledge of cross-module integrations: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Billing, Travel & Expense
• Hands-on experience with: PeopleSoft Development, Application Engine (AE), PeopleCode, Application Designer, PS Query
• Experience analyzing: PeopleCode, AE Programs, Customizations, Upgrade retrofits, Root cause analysis
• Expertise with: PeopleTools, Integration Broker, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services
• Experience creating inbound/outbound interfaces with banking and external systems
• Knowledge of: SOA, File Transfer Technologies, PeopleSoft Tables & Data Structures
• Experience with: Production Support, Incident Management, Defect Resolution, Lifecycle Testing
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience preparing enhancement documentation, business requirements, testing, and technical design

• Experience supporting large Government enterprise PeopleSoft implementations
• Experience with end-to-end PeopleSoft Financials testing
• Experience with enterprise integrations and modernization initiatives

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 applications
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components using PeopleCode and Application Engine
• Build and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST, and SOAP APIs
• Perform production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
• Conduct lifecycle testing and business process validation
• Create technical documentation and enhancement specifications
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions
