Vestwell is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Senior People & Workplace Experience Partner to join its People Team. This role involves providing comprehensive support in day-to-day People Operations, including new employee orientation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The partner will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused People service and ensure efficient handling of office administrative activities such as supply management, file management, and general support. Requirements

  • 4-6 years of Human Resources / People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company/start-up
  • Experience building, maintaining, and presenting HR data analytics
  • Ability to manage both operational/administrative and strategic people team initiatives
  • High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
  • Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a high-paced startup environment or SaaS environment
  • Prior experience using Rippling
  • Experience supporting a hybrid team

Responsibilities

  • Manage core People Operations functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and time off administration
  • Support employee relations discussions in partnership with the People Partner Team, guiding internal conversations, mitigating risk, and resolving conflicts
  • Support the deployment of various People Team policies, procedures, and initiatives, including but not limited to performance management, internal mobility, recruitment and hiring needs, compliance and learning and development
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and internal documentation across People systems (e.g., Rippling, Sparrow, Envoy)
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a seamless and productive workplace experience for employees across hybrid and in-office environments
  • Partner with Workplace Experience to manage office vendors, supplies, seating, and space planning to support team growth and collaboration
  • Coordinate and execute in-office events, team gatherings, and employee engagement initiatives that promote Vestwell’s culture
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, including facilities issues, employee requests, and general workplace support
  • Support budget tracking and expense management related to office operations, vendors, and employee experience initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve the in-office experience and align workplace operations with employee needs and company growth
