We are looking for a highly skilled People Systems Analyst to join our People Technology and Analytics team, taking ownership of our People systems to enhance their scalability, reliability, and impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering actionable people analytics that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the People function and the broader business to provide high-quality solutions within our People Technology ecosystem. You will drive improvements in system functionality, advance analytics capabilities, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data that underpins our people insights. This role requires a systems-focused problem solver with deep expertise in Workday or Ashby, as well as other People Technology platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and reporting solutions. As the owner of key People Technology modules and system administration, you will also contribute to cross-system data governance and partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights.
