About The Position

We are seeking a People Systems Business Analyst to support and enhance our training technology ecosystem. In this role, you will contribute to system implementations, reporting, and ongoing optimization of key learning and people systems, while serving as a liaison with the Workday team. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening training operations by improving processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insights that support effective decision-making across the training function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 4-6 years Developing, implementing, modifying, and administration of HRIS systems or related systems or database experience Required
  • Advanced knowledge of HCM systems such as Workday, SumTotal, Infor Lawson, Tableau, or other data warehouse required.
  • Proven time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, focusing on accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Access, Crystal Reports, Oracle, or other database systems required.
  • Proven ability to achieve high service quality results as well as meet productivity levels required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and standards of employee compensation and benefits administration preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with standard IBM PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, configuration and maintain Credly, Training Orchestra and Questionmark platforms.
  • Partner with our LMS People Systems Specialist on the conversion of our current LMS system into Workday.
  • Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Facilitate routine and ad hoc reporting for management and executives.
  • Ensure data analyses are accurate and peer-reviewed for quality assurance.
  • Participate in testing for system updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provide technical consulting on complex projects.
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and supporting of Workday releases.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
