We’re looking for a highly operational and people-focused Senior People Partner to help scale manager effectiveness, organizational health, and performance infrastructure at Solace. This person will own and operationalize many of the highest-leverage People programs across the company, including performance management, employee relations, manager coaching, organizational design support, onboarding strategy, and workforce planning. This is not a traditional “HRBP” role focused on advising — we are looking for a builder/operator who can both design scalable programs and work directly with leaders and employees on complex situations in real time. This role is ideal for someone who has experience operating in high-growth environments and understands how to balance excellent employee experience with business execution, accountability, and organizational scale.
