This role involves partnering with people managers to build high-performing teams, owning the infrastructure for reliable and scalable people operations, and continuously improving systems that shape the KOHO employee experience. Collaboration with Talent and Coaching teams is expected to achieve goals. This is a builder role for an autonomous individual accountable for outcomes, not a support role.
