VSCO is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to own and optimize key people programs, encompassing both strategy and execution. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People, and will primarily partner with G&A while also serving as a cross-functional resource across the business to drive operational excellence and a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate thrives on balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution, possesses a passion for leveraging data, and enjoys owning programs from inception to completion. They should be comfortable building from scratch when necessary and actively embrace Gen AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual work. The day-to-day responsibilities include owning onboarding and offboarding programs end-to-end, leveraging Gen AI tools to automate processes and scale people programs, and managing HRIS system administration. The role also involves owning vendor relationships, leading payroll processing, managing Leave of Absence administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and owning compensation processes. Additionally, the Senior People Operations Partner will contribute to cultural initiatives, partner with the DEI Committee, and collaborate with Marketing on employer branding.
