You will be joining a small, mighty, and innovative team with responsibility for the design, communication, and implementation of the benefits programs at TELUS. This role works closely with compensation, finance, benefits administration, payroll, health services, wellness and our external partners. The role reports directly to the Director, People & Culture, Benefits & Pensions. This group of trusted advisors works diligently to seek to understand what is important to TELUS Team Members as well as the business by practicing thought leadership and a high level of collaboration.
