About The Position

As a member of Apple’s People group, the Senior People Business Partner helps discover and develop the company’s people and supports a diverse, inclusive workforce. People Business Partners are strategic members of Apple’s team who embody its culture and core values and champion large, non-exempt support group teams. The role delivers a full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs, including educating clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development, as well as advising on management issues. The position partners closely with business leaders to align on the People strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Highly collaborative style.
• Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated, and able to independently lead.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and advise managers and employees.
• Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike.

Nice To Haves

• A rotation in an Organizational Development or Project center of excellence.
• Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems and tools.
• Workday knowledge.
• Strong project management and Excel skills.
